Match church teams with BIPs.

Organize and train all ministry personnel with the assistance and
support of GAP.

Provide encouragement and direction to ministry teams.

Hold quarterly meetings for ministry teams.

Keep records to be shared with the church body and GAP Prison
Ministries.

Publish a monthly or quarterly prayer list of the ministry partnerships
and their immediate prayer requests.

Serve as the contact person to the local jails and prisons. This would
include becoming acquainted with and establishing a relationship with
prison chaplains and spiritual resource personnel.

Be available for questions and problem solving.

Coordinate the partnerships between believers inside and outside.

Manage the financial resources of the ministry.

Oversee family contacts and needs.

Distribute resource materials.
-
Encourage accountability.

Evaluate the spiritual effectiveness of each ministry partnership and
report the findings.
